By the numbers
Founded as FBAFlexPrep in 1,300 SF of self-storage units, offering FBA Prep & FBA Removal services.
Moved to a 5,000 SF warehouse and added co-packing and rework projects.
Expanded to a 14,000 SF warehouse, weathered Covid-19, and began offering order fulfillment.
E-commerce grew rapidly. Scaled inventory capacity to support multiple Top 500 Amazon (US) and Inc. 5000 wholesale resellers and private label sellers.
Expanded into 100,000+ SF of shared 3PL warehousing capability.
Moved into our own single-tenant 15,000 SF office and warehouse property — with a fenced container yard — where we operate today.

From the founder
Since May 2016, we've helped e-commerce sellers, brands, and distributors process inventory for Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, eBay, and branded storefronts on Shopify and beyond.
To date we've worked with 840+ entrepreneurs and teams from 48+ countries — from overseas solopreneurs catching TikTok trends to omni-channel operations doing $150M+ in annual revenue. Many have been with us for years, and several have gone on to successful exits.
Behind it all is one small, tenured team operating from our own single-tenant 15,000 SF office and warehouse in Houston, Texas — with fenced outdoor yard space for containers, and no shared-building misdelivery headaches.
From literal silver bullets (the precious metals, not live ammunition!) to full 18-wheeler loads of hardware, electronics, kitchen, and beauty products — we've put real hands on millions of items and orders.
We specialize in fast-turnaround FBA prep (especially small & light items), FBA Removal Order processing, rework, bundling/kitting, and order fulfillment.
